  • This position plays a key role in shaping the people foundation for a brand-new greenfield plant, acting as a strategic business partner to establish strategic and operational directions and build a high-performing culture from the ground up.
  • Serve as the architect and catalyst of cultural, organizational, and talent development at the new plant, ensuring that every employee lives the KO purpose and values from the very start of operations, and building a competitive advantage through a distinctive employee experience.
  • Implement HR policies, processes, and systems that comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and aligned to company's overall P&C framework, while fostering positive employee relations and implementing programs to boost employee engagement and morale.
