Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, and chart nurses' notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
Participate in staff development, safety, sanitation, and equipment/supply management to ensure quality care and a safe environment.
