Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a small Operation Support team, conducting training, monitoring quality and quantity of team work, and providing feedback on performance.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.
