This position is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Directors with the operation of the Front of House catering functions.
Supervisors Front of House catering staff, provides direction and support where needed, and ensures a clean and safe working environment.
Responsible for accurate billing and close out procedure at the end of assigned functions, confidently anticipating and responding to needs and expectations of our guests.
