The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Main functions include managing, researching, analysing and advising on Group’s workplace policies to support the Group’s vision.
Facilitate presentations/workshops to provide coaching and training on a range of Workplace Relations topics.
