  • Main functions include managing, researching, analysing and advising on Group’s workplace policies to support the Group’s vision.
  • Facilitate presentations/workshops to provide coaching and training on a range of Workplace Relations topics.

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management, Industrial Relations, law or related discipline

  • At least 4 years' experience in industrial relations / employee relations advice
  • Demonstrable experience in HR policy advice
  • Well-developed problem solving ability
  • Strong case management skills
