Job Summary
Oversee administration of all aspects of finance systems, including IT partnerships, user security, data governance, and global finance user support for actuals, forecasts, consolidation, and reporting.
Partner with business teams to develop requirements for database enhancements, design and implement system solutions with IT, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Testing.
Stewardship over security, identifying process improvements to reduce close times, and maintaining standardized documentation for application support.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems
5+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting or FP&A
Ability to interpret financial statements and perform variance analysis
Experience with Forecasting, Long-term planning, and Budgeting
Basic knowledge of GAAP
Moderate or better Excel skills
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
SAP knowledge and experience is essential
Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, FDM, or HFM
