Under indirect supervision, performs all duties associated with acquisition, processing, submission for interpretation and archiving of general and specialized ultrasound images.
Responsible for the care of the patient while in the ultrasound department.

Key Requirements
High School or GED Diploma Graduate
AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, vascular or cardiovascular ultrasound program, or BS in Ultrasound
Minimum one year experience in Specialty area
Registered Sonographer through ARDMS or ARRT
Registry eligible through ARDMS as RVT, Registered Breast US technologist or Registered Pediatric US technologist
