Must-have

  • End-to-end payroll processing for weekly and fortnightly employees
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across multiple systems
  • Processing statutory month-end tasks including PAYG and Superannuation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with payroll or accounting systems
  • Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and willingness to support team
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office particularly Excel

Key Requirements

  • Entry-level experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
