  • The L3 engineering team is responsible for supporting the L1/L2 ServiceDesk Incident, standard change & problem handling on L3 level.

Must-have

  • Manage private cloud for customer needs
  • Support L1/L2 ServiceDesk
  • Prepare and execute non-standard changes
  • Execute production plan activities
  • Manage LCM within scope
  • Fluent Dutch language skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in DevOps team
  • Experience in Agile / scrum product teams

Key Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as L3 engineer
  • Experience with Large Dell/Vmware private cloud
  • VCP certified (Vsphere 6.x and/or Vsphere 7.x)
  • Experience with large VMware cloud (>10 vCenters, >500 servers)
  • Experience with VSAN
  • Experience with VSAN ready nodes, VXrails
  • Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS
  • Knowledge of Windows Server or Linux Redhat
  • Must be screened by AIVD
  • Must live in The Netherlands
