Documentation in electronic medical records
Responding to cardiopulmonary arrests
Providing invasive and non-invasive ventilation
Use of respiratory care equipment and safety protocols

Critical thinking and clinical analysis
Patient and family education skills
Knowledge of hospital and clinic administration
Ability to provide superior customer service
Training and overseeing staff and students
Key Requirements
RTT - Registered Respiratory Therapist required
BLS - Basic Life Support required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
RCP - Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner in CA required
AMA approved respiratory care program associate degree or currently enrolled
