  • Serve as a named resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce's customer organizations, forging deep relationships and focusing on their business needs to maximize value from their Marketing Cloud investment.
  • Orchestrate all Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion, acting as the single point of customer accountability and managing major customer incidents.
  • Advise customers on adopting new features, integrating agentic AI into marketing processes, and leveraging industry insights for future success in marketing operations.

  • Familiarity with data environments and Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Proven experience in system integration or management consulting services
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
