Job Summary

  • You will manage and provide appropriate responses to feedback received by the Hospital in a timely manner.
  • As a Hospital ambassador, you will converse confidently with a caring attitude to patients and their family members as well as members of the public who may be in a high emotional state.
  • You are also required to partake in Quality Improvement projects and/or Hospital-wide Civil Emergency exercises.
