  • This role acts as Level 5 Production Support, leading incident management, guiding the team, and ensuring system stability.
  • Lead major incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution, and provide on-call / after-hours support when required.
  • Manage demand, resources, and coordination with Infrastructure & Security teams, and work with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
