Job Summary
The Scope Processing Technician II plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, effective, and efficient cleaning and disinfection of endoscopes and related equipment.
Responsible for decontaminating all Endoscopes & Probes according to manufacturer’s guidelines (IFU) and utilizing Automated Endoscopic Reprocessor (AER) Units.
Provides for own professional growth regarding trends in equipment and high-level disinfection methods through formal and informal continuing education.
