Job Summary

  • Provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, fielding issues and queries from stakeholders, providing short-term resolutions, and working with technology partners for long-term remediation.
  • Participates in application releases, disaster recovery testing, and performs post-release checkouts, while developing and maintaining technical support documentation and analyzing applications for risks and security issues.
  • Acts as an SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members, demonstrating sound ethical judgment and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
