Key Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (United States) or equivalent preferred
Minimum five (5) years experience in public accounting, financial consulting, and/or large publicly-traded company financial reporting
Undergraduate degree in an accounting or finance-related field or combination of experience and education
Prior experience using ActiveDisclosure from Donnelley Financial Solutions preferred
Experience presenting to financial, accounting, leadership, and/or legal groups
Working knowledge of SEC regulations, reporting requirements, and reporting timelines
