Job Summary

• This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert within the SME Team to provide tailored succession planning and business valuation strategies for high and ultra-high net worth business owners.
• The position requires a collaborative approach to partner with BMO Advisors and other planning specialists to enhance client relationships and consolidate assets across BMO Private Banking and Commercial divisions.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong consultative sales skills and the ability to lead educational programs on emerging trends in business succession, governance, and philanthropy.

Salary

Base: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00; Bonus/Equity: May include commission structure and performance-based incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, retirement savings plans

Key Requirements

• University degree in business, finance, accounting, or law
• Minimum 10 years senior level valuation and succession planning experience
• Professional designation (CPA, CBV, CFA, FEA, or Bar) considered an asset
