Job Summary

  • The Quality Engineer deploys and continuously improves the Product Quality Plan (PQP) of EAS Manufacturing for the purpose of ensuring customer satisfaction and low Cost of Poor Quality.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating the resolution of customer complaints, monitoring and analyzing customer data, and leading cross-functional teams in root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years manufacturing/construction experience
  • Three (3) years quality assurance/control/auditing experience
  • Expert knowledge of AQP, Core Quality Tools, and RCCA
  • Expert knowledge of manufacturing or construction processes
  • Expert knowledge of analytical tools (Six Sigma, Shainin, TQM)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computing skills (Google Workspace required)
