Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager will oversee on-going maintenance of the electrical and mechanical components as well as all physical aspects of the two retail facilities.
  • Managing operating costs by developing the annual operating budget, as well as monthly accruals, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Managing the performance of all staff allocated to the operations department by fostering and maintaining positive employee relations.
