Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee on-going maintenance of the electrical and mechanical components as well as all physical aspects of the two retail facilities.
Managing operating costs by developing the annual operating budget, as well as monthly accruals, and quarterly forecasts.
Managing the performance of all staff allocated to the operations department by fostering and maintaining positive employee relations.
