Job Summary
This position follows a hybrid-friendly schedule, with 3 in-office days per week averaging 12 days per month in our Southfield, MI Corporate Office.
As a key member of the operations leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day workflow management, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, and Client Services to ensure digital workflows align with regulatory standards and business objectives.
