Job Summary

  • The Chef position will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the venue.
  • Ability to set up and prepare all food items; opening and closing duties; replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the General Manager- Concessions and Regional Executive Chef.

Key Requirements

  • Professional culinary education or fast-paced high-volume fine dining/catering experience

  • Sufficient mobility for extended periods of reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
