Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
Active life & health license
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Employee Benefits
Minimum 8 years of management experience preferred
Proven experience managing teams and driving operational excellence
Experience supporting business development lifecycle
