Job Summary
The Hospice and Palliative Medicine (HPM) Physician provides a varied array of services to patients within Capital Caring Health Hospice Services and Capital Caring Health Palliative Medicine Services.
Assures overall continuity medical services provided to hospice patients and ensures the provision of direct medical services to patients either directly or through arrangement, as appropriate, in the absence of the patient's attending physician.
Demonstrates commitment to educate and increase knowledge and skill level of staff, trainees or visitors in caring for chronically ill/ terminally ill patients and their families.
