Job Summary

  • This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility for multiple countries, operating within a complex, matrix environment and working closely with both IQVIA and partner stakeholders.
  • The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for translating overarching brand and portfolio strategies into effective regional execution, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery while adapting to local market needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Specialty Sales Representatives operating across multiple countries and Own regional performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs.

  • Fluent in local native language and English
  • Valid driving licence
