The Medical Information Communication Specialist is responsible for product academic promotion and professional customer support within their assigned region, under the leadership and guidance of the Regional Medical Information Communication Manager.
Key responsibilities include visiting customers to deliver/communicate/feedback drug information, organizing product academic promotion activities, and achieving comprehensive performance goals including professional skills, behavior, compliance, and results.
The role requires providing timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures, establishing partnerships, and effectively utilizing resources for customer visits to achieve work objectives.
