Job Summary

  • The Associate Director – IT will provide collaborative site and leadership support within a global biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.
  • Lead the coordination, implementation, and operational support of IT and Informatics systems and processes supporting Research & Development and GPS activities at the Biocon Bristol Myers Squibb Research & Development Center (BBRC).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and continuous learning, investing in the development of self, peers, and team through coaching, mentoring, and real-time feedback.
