Oshkosh Corporation is seeking a Sr. Quality Manager - Business Compliance to lead quality management initiatives within their JLG division in Hagerstown, Maryland. The role focuses on integrating quality standards into product development, driving compliance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies

Job Summary

  • This individual will lead the integration of reliability & robustness in New Product Development as well as drive warranty reduction task force using structured approach problem solving.
  • This individual will also be responsible on continuously improving the Oshkosh Quality Management System standards, procedures and processes and be the point person for all Quality integration in Product Development.
  • Drive alignment with enterprise quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance frameworks, driving consistency and accountability across all quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years in related work experience
  • Master’s Degree in Reliability Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt)
  • Demonstrated hands on Design for Reliability, Design for Robustness or Design For Six Sigma experience
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying quality breakthrough in New Product Development Process
