  • Lead and develop a team of HR Operations professionals overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery and driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and controls.
  • Ensure consistent, compliant HR operations aligned with local and regional employment practices across Europe and the wider EMEA region.
  • Partner closely with People Business Leaders, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Payroll, Benefits, Technology, and external vendors supporting business needs while maintaining operational consistency.
