Job Summary

  • You will be working with support via phone and email, technical customer questions and simple troubleshooting, case, order and contract management, complaints and returns, invoicing, and administration in various business and CRM systems.
  • This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Hero during the assignment period.
