  • The Lower School Teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible Christians to the praise and glory of God.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality instruction through daily, quarterly, and semester lesson plans that address curriculum objectives and meet the diverse needs, interests, and abilities of students.
  • Build strong relationships and contribute to school community by maintaining professionalism, addressing conflict biblically in accordance with Matthew 18 principles, and representing the school positively.
