Job Summary
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Summer Sports Camp Instructor act as a role model and ambassador for McGill when demonstrating the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle through a combination of participation and instruction of camp physical activities to children ranging from ages 5-15 years old.
Lead and supervise campers and facilitate their participation during activities (i.e. tag, dodgeball, soccer and other basic games) to create a positive and memorable experience for all participants.
Know, enforce and follow all safety guidelines and understand all emergency procedures associated with the camp and communicate all issues requiring attention to Section Leaders immediately.
