Job Summary

  • The Employee Relations Specialist will guide and support managers on a range of ER Issues, coaching them on how to handle cases confidently and compliantly.
  • Utilising your knowledge of UK employment legislation, policy and best practice to guide and advise line managers through a range of ER cases, ensuring you offer a value-added advisory service on all people management matters.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update HR policies in line with current legislation and best practice.
