Job Summary

• As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging our scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.
• You will develop and manage relationships with a diverse range of specialty health care customers including cardiologists and other approved specialty physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, pharmacists, and office managers.
• The salary range for this role is $79,200.00 - $124,700.00, and the successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
