Job Summary
This role involves owning the growth system for merchant payments across acquisition, activation, and retention to improve lead quality and lifetime value.
You will lead a team of 5–7 FTE supporting merchant growth while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Finance to deliver scalable customer journeys.
The position requires translating portfolio goals into clear OKRs and driving a high-velocity experimentation program including A/B testing and holdouts.

Advanced proficiency in Excel data-driven problem solving
Experience with funnel analysis cohorting and segmentation
