The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join their team as a Primary Care Behavioral Health Faculty (PCBHF) in Texarkana, AR. The role involves providing direct patient care, developing behavioral health curricula for family medicine residents, and collaborating with clinical team members to improve patient health outcomes

Job Summary

  • As an integral part of our patient-centered medical home, the PCBHF will provide direct care to clinic patients, as referred by physicians, while working closely with the treatment team to promote patient health outcomes.
  • Additionally, the PCBHF will be responsible for the development and provision of behavioral health curricula for family medicine residents, as well as collaborating with other clinical team members and health students.
