  • The Talent Manager is primarily responsible for the staffing and performance management of ~40-50 consultants.
  • A successful Talent Manager will proactively, delicately and empathetically balance the needs of the business alongside the preferences, career goals and development needs of the consultant.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires a presence in our midtown office 3 days per week.
