Job Summary

• The Client Experience Management (CEM) team is passionate about ensuring BlackRock delivers outstanding client experience, acting as a client’s central contact point for all day-to-day servicing, queries, and issues.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with personnel in regional offices and directly servicing Institutional Clients, primarily managing the servicing relationship for UK Pension Schemes clients.
