Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the daily activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and guidelines to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/LVN and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
