DaVita is seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager in Minneapolis to enhance compliance oversight within its Revenue Operations, specifically addressing healthcare regulatory requirements related to dialysis billing. Job Summary

  • This position will provide compliance guidance and support to DaVita’s Revenue Operations functions and teams on compliance related matters, including but not limited to, federal and state billing regulations and laws and other healthcare regulatory requirements that arise in the context of dialysis billing.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Reports to Compliance Senior Manager. Manages 1-2 analyst level direct reports who are accountable for performing research to define and understand potential compliance issues, collecting and analyzing large amounts of data, identifying root causes of potential issues, and supporting risk evaluation to make timely and appropriate decisions.
  • DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.
