Primary Location Base Pay Range: $147,400 USD - $221,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $133,300 USD - $236,900 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years implementing HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Learning
• 3+ years implementing HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Learning
• Prior experience leading Workday implementations
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Ability to travel up to 30%
