Job Summary

• Assist in the supervision of the day to day operations of the Department Name department and help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy, resolve any production errors, and engage in continuous process and service level improvements.

• 2 years or more of experience
• Associate’s degree or higher
• 1 year more of experience in a clinical laboratory
• 1 year or more of prior leadership experience
• Understanding of laboratory operations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle physical requirements
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
