Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading, planning, guiding and driving Medical strategy and activities within a specified Therapeutic Area Cluster (TAC), for marketed products and those still under development, in order to achieve and meet organizational objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate and robust Medical and Scientific Leadership is provided by the Therapeutic Area Head, and the respective Cross Functional Teams, for all New Business Development opportunities and New Product Introductions.
  • As the Therapeutic Area Head, serves as a role model for making CREDO based decisions, creating a trusting, collaborative and ethical work environment within Medical Affairs and the broader business, as well as maintaining high levels of quality, compliance and accountability to ensure appropriate business growth.
