Job Summary
Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs to foster a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation and maintenance of the Hydrogen production plant.
Accountable for managing the technical training program and executing training for Operations & Maintenance staff, focusing on operational excellence and safe, reliable site operation.
Provide guidance through on-the-job training to ensure the HYCO is operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements and on-stream guarantees.
