Job Summary

  • The Product Line Manager demonstrates leadership for product, defining and driving the Product Lifecycle Management Plan and Strategy, including market expertise and analysis, brand and price positioning, product development and launch, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement.
  • This position is responsible for meeting annual and long-term financial goals of BW Converting’s Bag product line, which includes the Hudson-Sharp brand, by implementing multi-generation product plans, influencer marketing strategies, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Essential functions include developing and driving the execution of the Product Lifecycle Management Plan, leading product line initiatives through cross-functional engagement, and designing and driving go-to-market planning and execution.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

  • Proven experience collaborating with technical and business teams
  • Financial competence, familiarity with planning and forecasting, and with P&L
