  • The Home Therapy Unit provides assessment, training, education and ongoing support for patients undertaking both Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis at Home.
  • As a Grade 2 Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of expert nursing care and support to patients undergoing Haemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis at home.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 24 months previous experience in Renal Nursing and/or Peritoneal Dialysis
  • Minimum 12 months experience in Haemodialysis
  • Proficiency in clinical nursing assessment skills
  • Computer Literacy- Microsoft word and dialysis user applications
  • Registered Nurse Grade 3b
