Lotus Cars is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan to provide technical support and mentorship within their dealer network. The ideal candidate will possess extensive automotive diagnostic expertise, especially with EVs, and strong communication skills in both Japanese and English

Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for providing technical support, either remotely or hands on, to end user customers via our authorized dealer network.
  • Provide a high level of technical support to the dealer network, through diagnosis, fault finding and final rectification for both petrol engine and electric cars.
  • Mentor technicians and provide training academy support.
