• The Global Planning Manager is responsible for leadership, execution and enhancement of ALAM’s global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, bridging the gap between commercial demand and manufacturing execution to ensure lab-to-fab supply reliability.
• Key responsibilities include leading the monthly IBP cycle, optimizing global supply and inventory, and managing a global team to foster a culture of high performance and planning expertise.
• The role aims to maximize global profitability and supply reliability by aligning revenue and volume growth with strategic capital investments and driving organizational evolution toward a more automated, integrated, and proactive supply chain.

• 5–10 years of relevant experience
