Northland Community and Technical College is seeking a Director of the CARE Center to provide leadership and management in supporting students' mental health and basic needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in counseling, psychology, or social work, along with experience in crisis management and collaboration with diverse populations. Job Summary

  • This position provides leadership and management to the CARE (Counseling, Advocacy, Resources, and Empowerment) Center, including but not limited to student-specialized group programming, food pantry, administrative specialist, counselors, mental health therapists, social workers, student conduct officer, volunteers, and interns.
  • As part of the College’s student affairs leadership team, the director collaborates to plan, guide, and implement the college's strategic priorities.
