Job Summary

  • You are responsible for monitoring the exchange of demographic and enrollment data between the WorkforceNow module and our customers’ third-party vendors.
  • You will support the Comprehensive Services team and clients by maintaining and troubleshooting any EDI/Carrier Connection errors.
  • You will participate in conference calls with clients, carriers, brokers, sales, and/or prospects with connection questions.
