Salary
Base: $192,000.00 - $214,800.00 annualized; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary incentive eligible; Benefits: Industry-leading benefits and paid time off included

Must-have
10+ years multidisciplinary content design experience
Enterprise scale AI-enabled platform leadership
Production AI agent orchestration and governance
Semantic systems taxonomy and ontology design
Executive stakeholder management and influence
Figma Copilot and CMS proficiency
Nice-to-have
Financial industry background preferred
Deep knowledge of Model Context Protocol
Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
Bachelor's degree in product design
Strong adaptability and resilience traits
Key Requirements
10+ years of design experience required
Proven leadership delivering complex AI products at enterprise scale
Hands-on experience launching and governing AI agents in production
Demonstrated ability to define success metrics and run experiments
Expert level proficiency in Figma, Copilot, and Content Management Systems
